AT&T Stadium, formerly Cowboys Stadium, is an 80,000-seat retractable roof stadium in Arlington, Texas. It serves as the home of the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League and is also the home of the Cotton Bowl Classic. The facility, owned by the city of Arlington, can also be used for a variety of other activities such as concerts by artists like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, basketball games, college and high school football contests, soccer matches, motocross, and boxing events. Opened in 2009, country music star George Strait along with Reba McEntire headlined the first event in the new stadium. The venue features one of the largest video boards in the world. Guinness World Records was on hand at the September 28, 2009 game against the Carolina Panthers to award certificates for the World's Largest High-Definition Video Display. For basketball events played in Cowboys Stadium, such as the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, the video board is actually larger than the court. It has since been surpassed in size by the video boards at EverBank Field. The AT&T Stadium ticket office is open Mon - Thurs: 9am - 5pm and Fri: 9am - 4pm. Will Call is available at the ticket office three hours prior to most events.
